The Role

As the Team Leader, you will work across the designated service areas to maximize profits, maintain food, beverage, service quality and ensure customer satisfaction for all F&B outlets including :

• The Backyard - our Waterfront Restaurant, Bar and Garden area serving breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks;

Shangri-La, The Marina, Cairns, is seeking an Overnight Laundry Attendant to join the overnight team of our Front Office Department.

As a Overnight Laundry Attendant your tasks and responsibilities will consist of handling all linen, uniform and guest laundry, including linen room and be familiar with the equipment and would be responsible for restocking all Housekeeping pantries and trolleys with linen and amenities.
