About the Role:
As an Overnight Chef de Partie, you will play an integral part in our kitchen operations, ensuring the delivery of exceptional dining experiences to our in-room dining guests. 

What We Are Looking For:

• At least two years of experience in a similar role hotel operation 

• Expertise in a variety of cooking techniques with a flair for creativity.

• A passion for presenting and serving dishes of the highest quality.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in supporting the development of junior kitchen staff, including Commis, Demi Chefs, Cooks, and Apprentices.

• A true passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering excellence.

Qualifications:

• A Certificate III in Commercial Cookery and a Food Safety Certificate are required.

• You must have full-time work rights in Australia.
