About Horizon Club

Horizon Club is Shangri-La’s Executive Lounge, offering guests a refined yet welcoming retreat—a home away from home. Here, guests enjoy bespoke travel experiences, personalized services, and an elevated level of hospitality designed to meet their every need.

We are looking for a dynamic F&B Attendant to join our Horizon Club team, delivering outstanding food and beverage service and maintaining the lounge’s impeccable standards.

Your Role:

• Uphold Shangri-La’s Front Office and Corporate Standards in all service areas.

• Set up and maintain the buffet in Horizon Club according to Shangri-La standards.

• Assist the Horizon Club Purser or Butler with seamless, friendly service, including setup, breakdown, table clearing, and lounge maintenance.

• Manage dishwashing operations, including cleaning, drying, polishing, and storing of all silverware, glassware, and cutlery.

About You:

• Previous experience in an Executive Club Lounge or similar luxury hospitality environment.

• Familiarity with Front Office operations, including check-in/check-out procedures.

• Available full-time for a 7-day rotating roster.

• Full working rights in Australia.

• Current RSA certification.
