Apprentice Chef – Breakfast Service (Café Mix Kitchen)
Start your culinary journey in our vibrant Café Mix Kitchen, supporting the delivery of high-quality buffet and à la carte breakfast service. This role is perfect for early risers who thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
What You’ll Do:
Assist in preparing and cooking breakfast dishes for buffet and à la carte service.
Support mise en place and ensure smooth morning operations.
Maintain consistency, freshness, and presentation standards.
Uphold strict hygiene and food safety procedures.
Work closely with the team to deliver an outstanding guest experience.
Apprentice Chef – Room Service Kitchen
Join our Room Service Kitchen and gain hands-on experience preparing and plating premium in-room dining dishes to luxury standards.
What You’ll Do:
Assist in preparing and cooking dishes for in-room dining.
Learn core culinary techniques from experienced chefs.
Maintain high standards of presentation and quality control.
Support efficient service from preparation through to plating.
Develop strong organisational and time-management skills.
Ideal candidate has:
- A strong passion for cooking and a desire to learn from experienced professionals.
- A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A team player who enjoys collaborating with others to bring culinary creations to life.
- Previous kitchen experience or culinary studies are a plus but not required – we’re happy to help you learn!
- Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen are preferred for this role
