The hotel features 564 spacious luxury guest rooms and suites, four exceptional food and beverage outlets, and 18 versatile function rooms. We are currently seeking skilled and experienced Food & Beverage Attendants to join our Banquets & Events Service team. About the RoleAs a Service Associate – Food & Beverage Attendant (Banquets & Events), you will report to the Assistant Director of Food & Beverage, Service Manager, and Service Leaders. You will play a key role in delivering courteous, professional, and efficient food and beverage service for events and functions held at the hotel. Your responsibilities will include: Preparing and replenishing full mise-en-place before and after service Managing the pass and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of dishes to the correct tables Ensuring smooth operation of assigned sections during service Demonstrating strong knowledge of menus and service standards Collecting requisitioned food and beverage items, checking order accuracy and expiry dates Maintaining cleanliness of function equipment, service stations, banquet benches, and surfaces
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have: Previous experience in a hotel or similar hospitality environment At least 1 year’s experience as a Food & Beverage Attendant Strong customer service skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English A solid understanding of Work Health and Safety practices A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
