We are seeking a full time Commis Chef to join our talented In Room Dining and Breakfast culinary team.

This is an incredible opportunity for passionate, driven chefs who are eager to refine their craft and grow their careers within a renowned luxury hotel.

About You

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in an upmarket à la carte restaurant or 5-star hotel

• Previous experience at Commis Chef level

• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (mandatory)

• A passion for seasonal produce and delivering dishes of the highest quality

• Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
