To clean and sanitise all assigned guest rooms and suites and public areas in accordance with established standards and procedures to ensure guest comfort and satisfaction.
Ensure the economical and efficient use of equipment and materials including guest supplies and chemicals; properly stock and maintain Room Attendant’s trolley.
Clean guest rooms, suites and corridors to Shangri-La standard and replenish supplies and amenities as necessary.
Perform other duties as requested by the Floor Supervisor, Service Manager – Housekeeping, Assistant Executive Housekeeper or Executive Housekeeper.
Reports any guest complaints, incidents, suspicious persons or room doors found open to the Housekeeping Office immediately.

About You
Previous experience working as a Room Attendant or a cleaner
Flexibility regarding your hours of work, including AM, PM and weekend work as required.
Is comfortable with physical requirement such as bending, twisting, kneeling, walking etc.
Capable of pushing/pulling/lifting to 15kgs.
Has been in contact and used chemical cleaning products.
Able to work in rotating shifts including weekends and Public holidays
