About the Role
As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will:

• Prepare and serve specialty coffee and other beverages according to Altitude standards.

• Provide friendly, engaging, and professional customer service.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, equipment, and seating areas.

•  Restock inventory and monitor supplies as needed.
•  Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.

• Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards to the highest level.

• Perform additional duties as requested by the Food & Beverage Management team.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a high-end restaurant, bar, or luxury hospitality setting (preferred but not essential).

• A natural flair for service, creating memorable guest moments.

• Previous barista or hospitality experience preferred.

• RSA certified and available for rotating rosters, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

• A team player who thrives under pressure and brings positive energy to every shift.
