About the Role
As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will:

• Greet guests warmly, assist with seating, and anticipate their needs throughout their visit.

• Take and serve food and beverage orders with precision, professionalism, and personality.

• Prepare and serve drinks, from crafted cocktails to fine wines, with product knowledge and flair.

• Maintain a clean, organised, and inviting service area at all times.

• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.

• Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards to the highest level.

• Perform additional duties as requested by the Food & Beverage Management team.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a high-end restaurant, bar, or luxury hospitality setting (preferred but not essential).

• A natural flair for service, creating memorable guest moments.

• Strong product knowledge or a willingness to learn about spirits, cocktails, wine, and cuisine.

• RSA certified and available for rotating rosters, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

• A team player who thrives under pressure and brings positive energy to every shift.
