With 255 guest rooms, 18 function venues, and world-class food and beverage facilities, the hotel is part of the prestigious Shangri-La Group, with over 100 hotels worldwide.

What You’ll Do

• Greet guests and check them in and out, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
• Answer phone calls and assist with guest inquiries, providing information about the hotel and local attractions.
• Assist guests with luggage and concierge services, including bookings for transportation, tours, and dining.
• Resolve guest complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming lobby and public areas.
• Coordinate with other departments (e.g., Housekeeping, Maintenance) to ensure guest requests are promptly fulfilled.

• Proven experience in a Front Office role, with expertise in OPERA PMS.

• Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and public holidays.
• Valid working rights in Australia.
