Key responsibilities include:

• Food Quality & Control – Ensure responsible purchasing, proper storage, portion control, and waste minimization.
• Financial & Operational Support – Assist in managing kitchen costs and maintaining budget guidelines.
• Leadership & Flexibility – Deputise for the Sous Chef, uphold team morale, and adapt to roster needs.
• Kitchen Management & Collaboration – Supervise food production, maintain equipment, and foster strong interdepartmental relationships.
• Training & Creativity – Lead staff training, contribute to promotions, and support menu innovation.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Full Working Rights in Australia
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a fine dining restaurant or similar
• Ideal for a Chef de Partie looking to make the next step in their career
• Strong culinary skills with a focus on quality, creativity, and attention to detail.
• An innovative and enthusiastic approach to menu planning.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of HACCP and Food Safety.
• A customer service focused personality.
