About the Role

 

Are you ready to lead with passion and precision? We’re seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our dynamic team. Reporting directly to the Executive Housekeeper, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless upkeep of our stunning guest rooms, corridors, service areas, and beyond. Your leadership will inspire our Room Attendants and Housepersons to deliver exceptional cleanliness and comfort.

 

In this role, no two days are the same! Here’s a glimpse of what you’ll be responsible for:

 

  • Oversee and maintain the upkeep of guest rooms, corridors, pantries, and fire stairs—setting the gold standard for cleanliness.
  • Ensure guest rooms are set up flawlessly and adapt as needed to meet specific requirements.
  • Safeguard the housekeeping keys and ensure all protocols are followed.
  • Allocate tasks effectively, making sure Room Attendants and other team members stay productive—even when rooms are occupied.
  • Champion training initiatives and keep your team informed by attending meetings and sharing key updates. 
  • Roll up your sleeves and step into office coordinator duties when needed.

About You

  • Passion to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills; including both verbal and written.
  • At least 2-to-3-years' experience as a Room Attendant in a large Hotel
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role in a hotel housekeeping office or similar. 
  • Understanding of workplace practices in Occupational Health and Safety
  • Be available to a work a full-time rotational roster, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Rights to work in Australia.
