About the Role: 

• Supervise the daily operations of Lobby/ Blu Bar, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction.
• Lead and motivate our talented team, setting the standard for outstanding service.
• Maximize profitability by maintaining operational efficiency and upholding the highest service standards.
• Collaborate with the management team to create exciting experiences for our guests.
• Keep the energy high and the vibes even higher, all while maintaining attention to detail.
• Create Signature cocktails from a variety of spirits and from you knowledge.

About You: 

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within food and beverage (hotel experience is a plus!).
• A passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to inspire your team.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while keeping your cool.
• A love for all things food, drink, and hospitality.
