As a 2nd year Apprentice Chef, you'll gain hands-on experience working with top-tier chefs in a high-energy, luxury environment, all while learning the art of exceptional cooking. What You'll Do: 

•  Assist in preparing and cooking exceptional dishes for our restaurant, events, and room service.
•  Learn new techniques, recipes, and cooking styles to refine your skills and expand your knowledge.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and quality control in the kitchen.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to deliver a seamless dining experience, from prep to plate.
• Be creative and passionate in everything you do while gaining invaluable industry experience.

Ideal candidate has:

• A strong passion for cooking and a desire to learn from experienced professionals.
• A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• A team player who enjoys collaborating with others to bring culinary creations to life.
• Previous kitchen experience or culinary studies are a plus but not required – we’re happy to help you learn!
• Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen are preferred for this role
