About the Role
As a Sommelier, you will oversee the daily operations of the wine team in our stunning at Altitude. You’ll be responsible for delivering top-tier wine knowledge, maintaining an impeccable standard of service, and collaborating with both kitchen and service teams to create unforgettable experiences for our guests. From pre-shift briefings to wine pairings, your expertise and leadership will elevate the entire dining experience.

About You
Proven experience as a Sommelier or in a similar supervisory role in a high-end restaurant or hotel.
Exceptional wine knowledge and a passion for educating and inspiring others.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide your team.
A dedication to providing outstanding service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Ability to handle guest complaints with professionalism and tact.
Flexibility and a team-oriented mindset to work closely with various departments.
