About the Role
As a Turndown Attendant at Shangri-La Sydney, you will be responsible for providing excellent turndown service to guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction during their stay. This is a casual role, with a focus on delivering personalized service that exceeds guest expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional turndown service to guest rooms, ensuring rooms are prepared for the evening.

• Replace towels, make beds, and replace or refresh amenities as necessary.

• Replenish minibar items and ensure the cleanliness of the room, including floors, furniture, and windows.

• Address guest requests or inquiries with efficiency and professionalism.

• Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained at all times.

• Assist with any other housekeeping duties as required to ensure a smooth operation of the department.

• Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality regarding guests’ personal belongings and requests.

• Work closely with other hotel teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a housekeeping or turndown attendant role, preferably within a luxury hotel environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of service.
• A positive, friendly, and professional demeanor.
