About the Role Are you a night owl with a passion for cleanliness and order? As an Overnight Houseperson, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the comfort, safety, and beauty of our hotel after dark. Your efforts behind the scenes ensure our guests wake up to a refreshed and flawless environment every morning.
Key responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness in all assigned areas, ensuring corridors and service areas are spotless and well-stocked.
Handle and safeguard Master Keys and equipment responsibly during your shift.
Respond promptly and professionally to overnight service calls.
Remove rubbish from guest corridors and public areas, keeping bins clean and odor-free.
Restock linen, towels, and amenities in designated service areas.
Deliver extra items (e.g., rollaway beds, baby cots, laundry) efficiently and with care.
Perform light cleaning tasks—mopping, wiping surfaces, keeping service areas safe and clutter-free.
