About Horizon Club

Horizon Club is our exclusive Executive Lounge, where guests enjoy personalized service, a refined atmosphere, and a sense of home away from home. As a Horizon Club Purser, you will be the face of this premium experience, ensuring every guest feels welcomed, cared for, and delighted.

The Role:

As Horizon Club Purser, you will:

• Lead seamless check-in and check-out experiences, providing warm, personalized service.

• Deliver exceptional food and beverage service, assisting guests with a curated selection of offerings.

• Maintain the Horizon Club Lounge and pantry to the highest standards, ensuring it is tidy, organized, and inviting.

• Support team members with buffet setup, table clearing, and general lounge operations.

• Uphold Shangri-La’s Front Office, F&B, and Corporate Standards while ensuring guest satisfaction at every touchpoint.

About You:

• Previous experience in an Executive Club Lounge or luxury hotel environment.

• Skilled in Front Office operations, including check-in/check-out procedures.

• Demonstrated ability to provide high-level hospitality and anticipate guest needs.

• Full-time availability for a 7-day rotating roster.

• Full working rights in Australia.

• Current RSA certification.
