About the Role
As our Sommelier, you’ll lead the wine program at Altitude, bringing your expertise and creativity to every table. You’ll guide our guests through an extensive wine list, craft memorable pairings alongside our chefs, and inspire the team with your knowledge and enthusiasm. From conducting pre-service briefings to ensuring seamless collaboration between the kitchen and floor teams, you’ll play a key role in shaping a dining experience that is as refined as it is memorable.

About You

• Proven experience as a Sommelier or in a similar supervisory role in a high-end restaurant or hotel.
• Exceptional wine knowledge and a passion for educating and inspiring others.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide your team.
• A dedication to providing outstanding service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Ability to handle guest complaints with professionalism and tact.
• Flexibility and a team-oriented mindset to work closely with various departments.
