We’re on the lookout for a dynamic Bell Captain / Bell Desk Supervisor to lead our Porters and Doorperson team and keep our arrival and departure experience running like clockwork. What you’ll be doingYou’ll be the heartbeat of our lobby operations, leading from the front and setting the tone for exceptional guest experiences: - Lead and inspire a team of Porters, Doorperson and Service Leaders to deliver seamless arrival and departure experiences
- Ensure guest luggage is handled with precision, care, and never left “anywhere but perfect”
- Coordinate guest transport, valet operations, and vehicle movements at the Porte Cochère
- Be a key communication hub between Front Office, Concierge, and wider hotel teams
- Share daily briefing updates and keep your team aligned, informed, and guest-ready
- Know our rooms, suites, and hotel like the back of your hand — and make sure your team does too
- Keep rosters and leave planning running smoothly and efficiently
- Step in wherever needed to ensure every guest experience feels effortless and five-star
About YouYou bring energy, presence, and leadership to every shift: - Experience in a hotel or luxury hospitality environment
- Previous supervisory experience in a similar role
- Full Australian driver’s licence
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Solid understanding of Workplace Health & Safety
- Passion for guest service, detail, and team leadership
- Full working rights in Australia
