Shangri-La Sydney is seeking a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie to join our breakfast team on a full-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic kitchen, delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests each day.
As a Chef de Partie, you will bring strong technical skills, creativity, and a genuine passion for quality food. You will have experience working across multiple kitchen sections, including grill, larder, and pastry, and take pride in producing dishes that showcase the best of seasonal Australian produce.
About the role:
- Prepare and present high-quality breakfast dishes to a luxury standard
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
- Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation across all dishes
- Adapt to a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
- Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen
- Valid working rights in Australia
