About the Roles:
Floor Supervisor (Full Time)
As a Floor Supervisor, you will lead and inspire the housekeeping team to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation across guest rooms and public areas.
Key responsibilities:
Supervise and support Room Attendants on assigned floors
Conduct quality checks to ensure brand standards are consistently met
Coordinate daily room assignments and prioritise VIP/special requests
Provide coaching and training to team members
Houseperson (Full Time)
As a Houseperson, you will be an essential support to the housekeeping team, ensuring operations run smoothly behind the scenes.
Key responsibilities:
Replenish linen, amenities, and supplies across floors
Maintain cleanliness in service areas and corridors
Assist Room Attendants and Supervisors as needed
Respond promptly to guest and operational requests
Turndown Attendant (Casual)
As a Turndown Attendant, you will play an important role in creating memorable evening experiences for our guests.
Key responsibilities:
Prepare guest rooms for evening comfort (turndown service)
Refresh rooms to ensure a luxurious and welcoming atmosphere
Deliver personalised touches that elevate the guest experience
Maintain cleanliness and attention to detail at all times
About You
Passionate about hospitality and guest service
Strong attention to detail and high personal standards
Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Previous housekeeping experience is an advantage (but not essential for all roles)
Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays
