Shangri-La Sydney is looking for skilled and experienced Spa therapist to join our Chi Spa team.

About the Role

 

As a Spa Therapist at Chi Spa, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our guests' overall well-being by delivering exceptional spa treatments. You will be responsible for creating a serene and therapeutic environment while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

 

Key Responsibilities:

    • Perform a variety of spa treatments, including massages, facials and other therapies.
    • Customize treatments based on the individual needs and preferences of each client.
    • Maintain a clean and organized treatment room, ensuring all equipment and supplies are sanitized and prepared for each treatment.
    • Provide expert guidance and recommendations on spa services and products.
    • Educate clients on the benefits of different treatments and wellness practices.
    • Uphold the highest standards of customer service and professionalism.
    • Keep accurate records of client profiles and treatment notes.

 

About You

    • Passion to deliver exceptional customer service
    • Certificate or Diploma in Beauty Therapy or equivalent
    • Have a can do attitude and be willing to learn new skills
    • Excellent communication skills; including both verbal and written.
    • Be available to a work a in a rotating shift, including weekends and public holidays.
    • Rights to work in Australia
