As a Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in driving daily operations and leading your team to deliver exceptional service. You’ll support, coach, and motivate team members while ensuring high standards are consistently met, creating a positive and efficient work environment. Your leadership will shape the team’s performance and help deliver an outstanding experience every day.

About the Role: 

• Leads pre-shift briefings (or supports them) to ensure strong product knowledge and service readiness

•  

  Supervises daily restaurant operations, guiding and supporting team members as needed

•  

  Delivers excellent guest service, including greeting, seating, and handling requests or orders

•  

  Maintains high service standards through quality checks and prompt resolution of guest concerns

•  

  Oversees opening/closing procedures, cleanliness, stock levels, and overall restaurant presentation

•  

  Supports administration and team development, including training, performance management, and cross-department coordination

About You: 

• Previous experience in a team leader role within food and beverage (hotel experience is a plus!).
• A passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to inspire your team.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
